In Case of Defect or Order Issue
If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or in a size different from your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will review the case and arrange an exchange or return at no extra cost to you.
Standard Correct Orders
For products delivered in the correct condition and size without defects or execution issues, eligibility for exchange or return is subject to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law provisions and legally stipulated exemptions, taking into account the nature of bedding products and condition upon receipt.
Custom Sizes
Custom sizes tailored specifically upon customer request have their dimensions, pricing, and terms confirmed prior to production, and may be subject to specific conditions given the customized nature of the order, within the limits permitted by law.
Product Condition
When requesting an exchange or return, the product must be kept in its original condition as much as possible, along with its packaging and included accessories, until the case is inspected.
