Home Trial Period

We at RA7A believe that adjusting to a new sleeping position takes time. Therefore, we offer a 30-day home trial period starting from the date of delivery to test the inclined topper in the comfort of your bedroom.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To successfully complete a return during your trial, please ensure the following hygiene and safety standards are met:

• The inner orthopedic foam core must be completely clean, free of stains, liquids, tears, or physical damage.
• The outer protective fabric cover must be in excellent and clean condition.
• The original carrying bag/package must be retained to ensure safe return courier transport.

Steps to Request a Return

If you find that the RA7A Incline is not the perfect fit for your body within the trial period, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us directly via customer service or WhatsApp.
2. Provide our customer support team with your order confirmation ID, or the registered name and phone number.
3. Send clear photos of the product verifying its clean and undamaged condition.
4. We will schedule a courier pickup from your delivery address within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Methods

Once the product is received back at our facility and verified, we will issue a full product refund (minus delivery and return shipping fees) via your choice of:

• Direct bank transfer to your local bank account.
• Mobile cash wallets in Egypt (such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, or Instapay).
